A week ago the Enbluement collaborative multi-sens

A week ago the Enbluement collaborative multi-sensorial performance took place in Barcelona as part of a satellite event of the UN World Ocean Congress 2024.
This event which is the result of the collaboration of the "Ocean community - Blue Genes " with @bluewavealliance & @barcelona_cat invited the public to dive and celebrate the oceans and create new ways to connect with the marine world by blending science and arts together.
The public was invited to join a 🐟"cardumen shoal fish dance prepared by @lluviarroja and sing along with a intimate concert 🎶 by @mariacamahort & @anna_fermar.
🌊The visual parade that mixed wave patterns (designed by me) conducted the public and the drum orchestra through a visual choregraphy inspired by the ocean world.

I keep some great memories of this first collaborative event that was a shared celebration of this aquatic world 🌊🎨✨ 🌎

🌊"Enbluement"🌊 participative performance to connect science and arts and expand our belonging to the ocean.
I'm sharing this video that presents a small part of the creative process to co-create this event that will be presented on April 9th as part of the World Ocean Congress 2024 in Barcelona.
Marine scientists and activists joined hands with artists from various disciplines in order to prepare this tribute to the oceans that need a voice in order to be properly protected in the future.
It will be the 1st creation of the "Blue Genes" community.
Join us into this celebration and participative choreography mixing dance, poetry, music and visual art.
The performance will start at 6pm30 in front of the "Instituto de Ciencias del Mar" ( passeig maritim de la Barceloneta).
We hope to see many of you in this celebration 🌊🌍✨

Today I'm presenting this mixed media sculpture as part of the "in-house" collective show "sinergies" at @hotasfoc .
Hermano pequeño is an artwork that allowed me to explore and explore my Imaginarium in the 3D dimension. I want to develop these types of sculptures and installations in parallel to my paintings.

These weeks I'm preparing some new decorated banners that will be used for a first event co-created with the "Blue Genes" community gathered by the @icm.csic "Instituto de ciencias del mar".
This will be part of a satellite event in the program of the "World Ocean Congress " in collaboration with @bluewavealliance & @barcelona_cat .
I'll let you know more about it!

🌊Oceans need protection, as they represent a big part of why we were able to appear and thrive as humans.
✨ Wouldn't this be the right time to give back what it offered to us? ( Life in the first place).
I hope this painting will contribute to inspiring decision makers and the actors of the conference to act boldly and commit themselves to force our governments to accomplish their promises. 🙏🏻🌊🪸

🐟One of my painting will be displayed at the WORLD OCEAN CONGRESS 2024 🪄

Next month, Barcelona is hosting the United nations world conference for the oceans, for this occasion many ocean experts and decision makers will gather for a 3 days summit ( 10-12 April 2024)to discuss the new regulations and planning actions for ocean preservation!

I submitted one of my digital paintings for the @unoceandecade poster contest and it got accepted in the selection. ✨🖼️
I'm super honored and excited about this opportunity and hope that this artwork will contribute to inspire the audience that will attend the conference.

I've prepared a big size print for the occasion.
Here's a few details about the painting and the print!
